Keynote Speaker, Emcee, Host and Entertainer
Liam Maguire is the self proclaimed NHL trivia expert of the world. He is a twice published author on the subject releasing his second book in 2001. It was titled "What's The Score?" and it was published by Random House. Bobby Orr wrote the forward. He has worked extensively on radio and TV since 1981 including Hockey Night in Canada and TSN. Mr. Maguire has been on almost every national radio and TV show in the past twenty years and and in addition he has written for numerous publications and magazines. He currently is the Managing Editor of Centre Ice Magazine, a minor hockey publication in Ottawa. Liam has made over 2000 appearances as a keynote speaker, emcee, host or entertainer. Besides being able to provide a very entertaining segment for any audience talking about hockey's rich history, it's anecdotes and different trivia elements, Mr. Maguire has added a Canadian component to the gig that among other things details a very passionate and truthful account of the state of our winter national sport.

Among the names with which Mr. Maguire has worked with has been Don Cherry, Ron MacLean, Dick Irvin, Brian MacFarlane, Bobby and Dennis Hull, Guy Lafleur, Paul Henderson, Bruce Hood, Jack Donahue, Jim Ralph and numerous others. Mr. Maguire was featured on Hockey Night in Canada on February 19/2000 during the pre game show. He ran a campaign alerting Canadians to the fact that Paul Henderson is not in the Hall of Fame.
